Downstairs: Large sitting room with wood burner, 40″ Smart HD TV. Large kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and French windows onto patio and garden. Shower room with separate WC.
Upstairs: One double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bunk-bedroom (3ft wide pine bunks with adult mattresses). Bathroom with bath and WC.
Large enclosed garden with patio and lovely views of the Barle and Pennycombe valleys. Parking outside front of cottage.
