IHow to book your cottage

Check the availability of your chosen cottage/date from the Online Booking Calendar below. Dates available are shown in bold on green background.

To make an online booking, click on the date you wish to start your holiday, select the length of your stay (prices are shown against each possible length of stay) and click Continue. The system will then take you through the relevant steps to add contact/guest details, extras (dogs, horses, etc), complete and pay for your booking. You can choose how you would like to pay – the options are payment by debit/credit card or bank transfer. To confirm your booking, we require a £100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before your stay begins.

If you prefer not to make an online booking yourself, please contact us and we can make the booking for you.

Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) can be booked online normally starting on either a Friday or Monday; if you wish to take a short break starting on a different day, please contact us.

If you are planning to bring your horses on holiday to Westerclose, please contact us before booking your cottage(s) to ensure we have stabling/grazing available for your preferred holiday dates.

How to book B&B

Our B&B prices are :     £130/room per night based on two people sharing
                                         £95/room per night single occupancy

To request your preferred dates online, click on the date you wish to arrive, select the length of your stay and click Continue. The system will then take you through the relevant steps to add contact/guest details. If your chosen dates are available, we will email back with confirmation and a link for you to make online payment.
